The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, provides you with specific rights regarding your Personal Information. Under the CCPA, when we act as a “service provider” (not as a “business” or a “third party”) over such information, we only process your information through our Services as necessary to provide our services to our clients, at our clients’ direction.
